Another day another throwback…still trying to catch up with our activities this winter. The day didn’t start in a good way as we had initially planned a tour in Lungern. However, the cablecar of the Turren Bahn got stuck and didn’t operate all day long. Hence, we had to find an alternative and went to Langis, not only the starting point of our tour but it felt like a thousand other people had the very same idea. Actually you can also do crosscountry skiing and hiking tours from there…Finally, we arrived, after overcoming the waiting time in the car, and we felt a bit of a disappointment. It literally felt as if they just signposted the „normal“ hiking rout to be a snowshoe trail. Luckily, it got better and a bit more „off-piste“ along the way up to Jänzi peak (1738m) which presented us a wonderful view.
